Genea Interiors is based in Chichester, West Sussex, offering services around West Sussex and surrounding areas. We offer interior design to suit any brief. Genea Interiors will work with you to create interior spaces you love, which will suit your tastes and needs as well as working to any given budget, also making your life easier with the design process. We cover all areas of residential design and smaller commercial projects.

Genea Interiors offers a comprehensive design service, creating beautifully crafted interiors. We are committed to delivering exceptional, comfortable and individual interiors that give enduring pleasure. Genea will lead your project from a planning and creative point of view all the way to budgeting, drawings and project management. Our creativeness, attention to detail and meticulous care, result in luxurious bespoke interiors. We truly believe that good quality design is life enhancing and deliver it in every project we undertake. Each project is seamlessly executed and beautifully finished no matter how big or small.
Douglas and I have been working on an extensive renovation project together and these are the results! We were lucky to work with the extremely talented interior designer, Genea Pretorius who enabled us to achieve a high end look, with a very small budget. She listened to the brief and used our ideas as the basis upon which to work. We are thrilled with the results. Genea comes highly recommended for her wealth of ideas and professional service.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Here at Genea Interiors we offer a range of architectural services with our in house Architectural Designer. We primarily specialise in bespoke residential projects, including internal adaptations, refurbishments, extensions & conversions. We also have experience in obtaining any necessary planning approvals. Our architectural services include the following:
Measured Surveys
To progress the design it is vital that the drawings are accurate and so a Digital Measured Survey is carried out. This will provide the basis for all subsequent design and detailed drawings.
Feesibility/ Concept Design
The production of drawings and information sufficient for a planning applications and initial consultation with building contractors.
Pre-Application / Planning Applications
These are permissions you require from your local council in order to carry out the changes you wish to make to your property. For example; planning permission, certificate of lawfulness and listed building consent.
Building Regulation & Tender Drawings
Building Regulation Drawings are developed, with your input, to produce detailed drawings for the submission to Building Control for their statutory approval and also to enable tendering and construction.
CONCEPT TO COMPLETION
Our architecture, interior design and project supervision services are all offered as stand-alone services to clients already undertaking works.
Concept to Completion brings together all of our disciplines under one roof. This is how the most beautifully, bespoke homes are realised and we are able to deliver to the highest levels of client satisfaction.
